RTO Pro, a leading point of sale (POS) software package for Rent to Own industry, announced the availability of their telephony software "Automated Collections Module" (ACM). The ACM allows RTO companies to create and deploy mass automated telephone-calling campaigns.

"You can set different messages to play for different due date ranges and a different message can be used for customers with a broken commitment."

No special hardware is required. The Automated Collections Module will work with any voice modem. Voice messages can be recorded with a standard sound card and microphone.
